Gas fireplaces require a completed Gas Permit Application along with the application fee as set out in the fees and charges schedule.
The installation manual is required to be on site at the time of inspection for review. |
| Air Conditioners |
| An Electrical Permit Application along with the application fee is required to be submitted prior to the installation of an Air Conditioner, this can be done online using our Gateway portal. |
